How long until my order ships?

3D prints are made in our shop and ship within 1–3 business days, depending on their size and complexity. T-shirts are printed on demand by our apparel print partner and ship separately; you'll get tracking by email as soon as each part of your order ships.

Why did my tee and my 3D print arrive separately?

Our tees are printed by our apparel print partner and our 3D prints are made in our shop, so they ship from different places.

Do you offer free shipping?

Not at the moment. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not yet. We currently ship within the United States only, but international shipping is on our list.

Why can I see faint lines on my 3D print?

3D prints are built up one thin layer at a time, so faint layer lines, tiny surface textures or slight color variations are a normal part of the process. We work hard to keep them to a minimum, but a 3D print isn't injection-molded or cast. These minor imperfections aren't considered defects.

Can I return a 3D print?

Because each 3D print is made to order, we don't accept returns. If your print arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours of delivery and we'll reprint it. Prints that require assembly may have additional criteria.

Can I return or exchange a tee?

We can't accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, wrong color or change of mind. If your tee arrives misprinted, damaged or defective, or you got the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace or refund it.
